By accessing or using Chirp, you agree to be bound by these simple Terms of Service.

1. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account username.

2. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of all original text and content you post on Chirp. By posting content, you grant Chirp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your posts within the application service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chirp to transmit malicious software, engage in unlawful activities, or perform actions that disrupt server stability or impair availability for other users.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate community standards or engage in abusive behavior.
